Terms and conditions of use

All orders over $100 must be placed at least 3 business days prior to delivery/pick up unless otherwise agreed to directly by Twenty 1.

All confirmed orders will receive an order confirmation number and invoice.

Any changes to an order may be subject to an additional fee or refusal (depending on nature of change) within 48 hours of delivery.
